Time of 43:05 for an average of 8:07 per mile.  First run since the Lake Natoma 4 bridges half this past Sunday.  I felt really good out there today.  I recently puchased an aerobic step for my house and have been working out on that all week and I feel that it will really help my core strength and my final preparations in getting ready for the marathon.  The breathing exercise, yoga style, has been tremendous for me and I feel great, sore................but great.  My weight has dropped considerably since June of this year.

Not sure of my total unofficial time yet but I know I finished in under 2 hours and that was my goal for this race.  A very hilly course, a lot more hills than I expected but I ran smart.  I worked on my pace, paced my breathing with the yoga breathing, and in the end just kept my wits about me, paced myself and on this day, my will was definitely strong.
